I came across Stone Jack Jones the other day and I have been enchanted and haunted by the songs on his latest album, "Ancestors" since then. If you're looking for something a little bleak and different than what you're used to, you'll find it here. I'm still absorbing this album and I'm enjoying it quite a bit.

The way the music starts makes me think of a really interesting, harpsichord version of "Scarborough Fair". I like this! Very atmospheric :)
ReplyDeleteYeah, I thought the same thing about it kind of sounding like "Scarborough Fair". This album is pretty good. I like the melancholic feel it has.
